Job Description
The Enrollment Representative supports the Intake Department through initiation of interaction with members. The Outbound Enrollment Representative may also receive calls from plan representatives and providers when there are questions about the Intake process. The goal of the Enrollment Representative is to help patients with rare health conditions understand the specifics about the health benefit they are eligible for at no additional cost by communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of the program. The Enrollment Representative is responsible for encouraging them to enroll in the program and assist them in the enrollment process. This position often represents the first impression that the potential new member has of our organization and is critical to sustaining a high level of engagement.
Additional responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative include:

- Spending a majority of time speaking to members on the phone and making outbound calls
- Facilitating member enrollment in health and wellness programs
- Meeting productivity and enrollment goals
- Educating prospective members on benefits and enrollment options

This is a full-time, permanent position and NOT through an agency.
The regular shift would be 12:00pm noon - 9:00pm, or a split shift from 8:00am - 12:00pm noon and 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

Must be able to start in-office in Greensboro, NC

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service related role
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Suite programs including Word, Excel, and/or Outlook

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare industry

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
